Depot Connect International (Tank Wash)

This facility is not 24hrs. They do not currently have a nightshift. It used to have one. I've lost two days here in the last week waiting. Used to be a very fast facility. In and out. Got here at midnight and it's 11hrs later and still haven't touched my trailer. Missing a pick up today due to it. They need to prioritize drivers who are here for a live wash and are waiting. Decent driver lounge and shower.

I am a langer transport driver,On my way for a delivery, I was told stop by here to steam the trl as the temperature have dropped below delivery temperature. The so called manager present tonight have no respect for others time. At first he said he is on a break that it will take 30mn. sitting here 1h40 mn so far still haven't come out to hookup my trl to the steam something which should not take 5mn to hook. Quala if you read this you should hire someone else as this is not a way to conduct business.

Nicer and larger tank wash. Lot is organized and well maintained. Easy in and out. Staff was friendly and helpful. They get things done quickly. Several trucking companies are located in here. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!" Be'Be'

This place is dismal, they claim to offer tank AND trailer washouts but when we arrived to get a trailer wash the employee behind the counter stated it was going to 30 mins due to his boss being there. There was no waiting in the was bays.. you would think with his supervisor being around the would want to hop to it to show how well they can work not how lazy they can be.. also reported to my company to maybe to review their contract with this place

This review is late - and it's for good reasons! Many times in the industry you have one offs service that go above and beyond! I had experienced quite a bit of trouble with my trailer and w that were dedicated ( always left here dropped and picked up) overall its been many issues with a trailer I had - many times the psc service next door t26? Not sure 😕 but I've had dealings with Keith & Daryl - at the beginning of the year I had a brand new trailer- and was next door for its first wash - in that process we noticed the value handle on the pump to the internal valve was spewing fluid - which was a safety concern 😟- our company closes at lunch! The wash asked me to check with the shop next door - and they were working hard and even while on break - dropped what they were doing to look at it! And in about 30 minutes took me from stressed out to fixed before my company got back from lunch! Freaking top shelf service! I've been in the shop many times last year and this one was a memorable one for getting me fixed up and rolling!
